View Full Version : The start of my PE story

Hello all, I am new to the forums and wanted to begin my story of what I have experienced throughout my trials with PE and also inlargement pills. I will be doing this to give and recieve help from others so we can all get bigger in the end.

To begin I started doing PE and for acouple weeks and stopped, which I here is a big mistake. I know have started up again after I purchased some enlargement pills. The pills are called forum rules (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=14) and I bougt a 6 month supply for aorund three hundred dollars. As being in my early twenties and also a gambler I thought I would do a small amount of research on pills and gamble on one. This is the one I have chosen. I will link you to the site and also what I have gotten for my PE exercises. Once I got the pills I was rejunvinated with the desire to start up again thinking this will show my results quicker. I have been taking the pills for about 27 days so far and have been doing consistant PE four times a week. Here is my current schedule to sum up the website I linked. http://www.spamfreecc.com

mon, tues, thurs and fri.
- 3 in warm towel warm up.
- 25 min of PC flex
- 15 sec long stretch in each direction, up, down, left right and straight out.
- 75 Jelqs at 80% erection.

So far I have notice my penis sore sometimes after doing the streches and also being very sensitive the next day from the Jelqs. I have noticed more inner feeling from the PC flex when I ejaculate. The only other gain besides the inner feeling is a thicker feeling penis. I am starting out at 6 inches and have never mesured girth because it is not of great consern to me even though I will do the excersizes and would love to benefit in girth growth. I willlet you guys know if I notice any increase in girth while time goes by. I understand that I am a newbie and will continue these excersizes for another month and increase time/jelqs as instructed. Once I get to two months I will research a next step routine.

I do have concerns and questions for anyone willing to assist me, here are a few.

I tend to masterbate once I am done with my streches and have not been injured doing this yet. Is there any rule to not masterbate after?

Have you had any experience with ******* pills and how have they worked for you so far?

Is four days enough for my new routine?

Do you have any tips on increasing warm up and warm down excersizes and any alternative ways to do that other than a warm towel?

Any other insights and hints you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah bro, we keep it spam free here and general look down on pills anyways. They do nothing more than increase bloodflow. For the warmup, try a shower or IR lamp. 4 days are plenty and i have no idea what ******* pills are. Welcome to CC and best of luck.

Ok, I apologize for saying the pills name. Buying them was a gamble I was willing to take and I will continue taking the pills. The pills are supposed to not just increase bloodflow. I hear there are other helpful things that work with streching your muscle. I dont have the time to research and give facts since I am going to bed soon. Thank you g spot for replaying, your reply has been most helpful so far and hopefuly poeple will take my posts seirously from now on. I will be taking my PE seirously and give updates on my progress.

No problem bro. No harm done. You can however keep us informed on how everything goes for you, even the pills. Just make sure no to mention the name. Any other questions you come up with, dont hesitate to ask.

G already aswered your question about ways to warm up/down. A longer warm up/down helps loosen up the tissue. I suggest you make it at least 5 mins.

Four days is good. Since you're a n00b, keep one day off in between workouts for healing. Suggestion:

Mon - on
Tue - off
Wed - on
Thu - off
Fri - on
Sat - off
Sun - on

You will always have 2 consecutive on days, but that's OK.

I would start with at least 100+ wet jelqs, and increase this number every three weeks.

I probably would have bought some sort of stretcher for that money instead of the pills (I did buy a stretcher because I didn't like the idea of the manual stretch), but hopefully they'll help. Good luck with your manual PE, just stick with it and it will reward you.
