NBP FL - 4.0"
NBP FG - Did not measure at start
NPB EL - 5.0" +/-
NPB EG - 5.5" +/-

I put the +/- because I was not able to get a full erection when I started this program. I also did the NPB measurements because I have about 1 1/2" - 2" depth of fatty tissue around my penis base and I figure what you see is what you have to work with, not what you can make it say.

After one month of PE: Feb. 18, 2008
NBP FL - 4.25"
NBP FG - 5.5"
NBP EL - 6.25"
NBP EG - 6.0"

Sounds like some good and fast gains to me. If you want motivation to get up and lose weight, that extra 2 inches will probably be the easiest you will ever gain. I had a friend once who was extremely fat, lost all the weight, and said the thing he liked the most was that his dick wasn't tiny anymore haha.

Turn this into a whole body workout, you'll thank yourself.

For turning it into a total body workout? Men's Health.com has everything you need. That's where I've gotten my workout plans and so far they have worked great. Look at my thread (Its called My total body make-over). I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks.

Did you join Men's Health or did you just look up some exercises and make up your own workout?

Men's Health has a pretty good program if you are not used to dieting and exercise. It is called belly off or something of the like and it includes everything to get you started losing weight in a hurry. Good Luck.

Yeh you can easily add a good half an inch just by losing some weight!
