ive heard of increasing your load by drinking alot of liquids, taking zinc, and horny goat weed, but im wondering if there is any other supplement or way i can bump up my volume a bit. Im sure a lot of guys would love to do this. There is no bigger sign of masculinity for a women than a big cock and a huge load.

I don't think girls actually like huge loads lol. Maybe to see it once or something but I'd imagine if u want a girl to swallow your shit that would get pretty fucking annoying.
Arginine apparently works well. I don't really think you can control how much you produce though. Maybe if you ejac frequently your balls will start pumping more.

By taking 5-g and 2-g, does that mean taking 3 or 4 pills at a time? I've been looking up supplements, and the L-orithine or whatever it in only comes in a tablet with L-Arginine 1500mg and L-Orithine 1000mg. Is this the kind of thing you're talking about?

HoleinmyBoxers and HahaHeartbreak, You can take two tablets of L-arginine (3000mg) and one of L-ornithine (1000mg) a day. That's what I used to take. You see that after a month you'll shoot alot more and there are other benefits too. You'll sleep deeper and better and it will aid your healing process. Great amino acids.

They are natural amino acids, produced by your own body. It's just that all the major benefits of l-arginine aren't seen until you're taking in around 3g a day.
I'd have to look for it since I've forgotten where everything is on this forum, but Bobo has practically written a book on the stuff over the years.
EDIT: And for the record, L-arginine by itself is pretty cheap. You can get a bottle at Wal-Mart for like $5 if I remember correctly, and it does way more than any "penis pill"

Beside PE Exercises recently, I was also focusing on increasing the semen volume. Although I'm satisfied with it, why not increasing? (always asking for more!).
I've heard about l'arginine and zinc and made some searches on the net.
L'arginine is really an important amino acid which is found in some food, however, taking it as a supplement would make better results.
I take arginine around 3-5gr. per day by one of the body building products which is used for increasing the vein size and blood pressure to carry sufficient elements to muscles.
And I started taking Zinc pills (22gr per day) which is important for division of cells, recovering of wounds, etc. So, I'm really hoping to gain some results in 3 areas: body building (off-topic), but mostly on penis size with a stable PE work-out and increasing the semen volume.
I'd like to share the results with you soon.

That's a good step in the right direction manscent. My best gains came when I was taking L-arginine and Zinc supplements. Keep us posted.

Hello Zwmusic,
I will surely share my progress after a reasonable time (hopefully spotting some gains). I really trust on AAKG (Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate) and Zinc nowadays. By boosting Nitric Oxide, AAKG is helping to increase the elasticity of veins which result in the carriage of more oxygen and sufficient elements to cells. BUT as I said, I mainly use this for Body Building targets. And we must be careful while using the AAKG forms in markets. It also causes increasing of heart rate and blood pressure. Daily intake of 3-5gr (pills or powder form) should be stopped in maximum 60 days. I write all these information because I don't want anyone to use these products before having enough knowledge.
By the way, I wanted to send you a PM but the system didn't let me. I'm really curious about your arginine intake and daily routine of PE and beginning figures to have your 8" baby :cool if not bothering.

A belated welcome to you as well, sir. Im sure you will find a ton of info as well. PM is disabled on this board by the way. Also, anything you can take to boost NO levels helps. The more NO you have in your body, the more the brain releases into the penis. The more released into the penis, the more the muscles relax and allow blood to fill the tissues and vessels of the penis with blood. Result, harder erections. Also, the argenine, a natural amino acid, is a big help on increasing semen levels. Its actually a key part of it. So good on ya for the AAKG. I take a supllement that contains argeine pyroglutamate which boosts GH levels and AAKG as well as argenine Estel Ether. This product has been a huge help in upping my NO levels and helping me bulid muscle pretty easily.

My intake of L-arginine was 3000mg a day and 1.500mg of L-ornithine. I can't remember my exact Zinc intake. But it was around 20mg a day. I took those amino acids mostly during my first year of PE. Then I took them again when I restarted PE'ing at the end of 2005.

It certainly did. Not only it helped gains, I used to feel better as a whole. I'll start takaking a multi-vitamin complex with L-arginine in it again.

Thank you Zwmusic. I checked your routine and stats. That has been a big inspiration for me. 1 inch in 2 years! Splendid. And that result has been gained with 250 wet jelqs a day. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I do around 500-600 jelqes a day in 3 sessions almost 200 each. With 1-2 days break a week. Hope it works...
