Ok guys, here are the new and updated team standings. You'll notice that team 1 gained an average of 3.75mm in length, and 2.75mm in girth, while team 2 gained an average of 2.80mm in length, and 1.20 mm in girth.
To put this into perspective, if team 1 members could each gain that amount each month for a year, that is 45mm (1.77 inches) in length, and 33.6 mm (1.32 inches) in girth. I don't know about you guys, but I would be ecstatic with those gains over a year.

Team 1 had agreed to rep the highest gainers in length, girth, and overall gains, so all team 1 members should rep the following people:

Gspot-with the highest girth gained of 5mm

And taking the big prize is Headstart, with the highest length gained of 10mm and highest total gain of 12mm.

Now on to the stats.

Thanks man.

Also, respect to MR05 for doing this :D It's pretty amazing to see the results of everyone after a month, I never realized the gains of everyone were so substantial.

At the end of the 3 months this thread should be stickied and the title should be changed to: FOR ALL WHO DON'T BELIEVE PE WORKS: SEE HERE.

One thing I learned from G-Spot and some of the other members is that you gotta just keep pushing and stay consistent because honestly I can barely see 1cm increase (nor did i realize I gained 1 whole fucking cm!!!) when I look down at my shit but after 12 months of even 2mm gains per month you'll definitely notice the difference.

Thanks guys, you all have me motivated :mrgreen

Bingo. A gain, no matter how small is a gain and is more than you had. After a while the small gains are like pennies. They add and do so before you know it.

Fantastic gains ! Sorry you're on a team doomed to loose, but congrats anyway :P
I can vouch for what you're saying about gains. I saw no difference, and complained about it here on CC, but what do you know, I had gained ! So great the feeling you get when measuring once a month, and finds out that you've actually gained, contrary to what you think.

Again, congrats on fantastic gains.

you're letting no one down. Just keep focusing, and do your best with your thang. The progress will come.

I KNOW I would have given up allready, hadn't it been for GSpot and the rest of the veterans in here. They know the tricks, and they know that it takes dedication and time to see gains. But just hang in there, and don't give up yet.

Hey Heinz I know you posted it but how long has it been before you had any gains. Post you EXACT routine for those months and lets get those gains again. Also what was you previous gains like and what routine did you follow then. Post some details I want everyone to gain.

Heinz, you gotta increase intensity or switch up your routine QUITE frequently.

I just did my Friday PE (my "Heavy" day) and I can definitely feel it. If you don't feel the "worked" feeling you did when you first started PE, I am fully believing that you're not getting worked.

Yeah, give us a little more info. We can try to disect it for you and hopefully find a solution to help you out. Dont give up man. Those gains will come. you dont want to miss out on them after all this work you have put into it. Just keep your head up and believe. Knowing you will gain is a huge help, trust me.
