Determine the number of meters you covered, multiply the number by 1.3, divide that number by 360, and then multiply that number by 15. This final number is the distance to be covered each 15 sec. interval. You then follow a 15 sec. sprint/15 sec. rest cycle for up to 40 cycles. Then you vomit all over the place.
