Hello, how are you guys today? I just needed a little help. This is my current routine and would appreciate someone to tell me if my routine looks good or if im overworking my penis.
5 mins warm-up
Stretches in all directions 4-5 times (15 mins for all stretches)
420 wet jelqs
10 dry jelqs in shaft ,10 on middle of penis
10 hold in base, 10 in middle
5 mins warm-down
should i increase the amounts ofof dry jelqs or holds???? How about wet jelqs? Ive been peing for 3 months. THank you. :D :D
