My current stats are:

EG: 14cm
bpel:13.6cm

My routine for the first week will be the newbie routine, 5days on 2days off, thereafter M, W, F on - with stretching only on my off days.

I will try to post my progress every week with measurements taken on the 21st of each month.

G-Spot, Runner thanks for the warm welcome.

My routine today was 10 min stretches in the shower and 300 jelqs. I'm kegeling my ass off as i write this (literally-i'm feeling a strong pull in my gluteus minimus:lol: ). Do any of you believe in the lot theory - my lot is 6 and accordingly concentrate on upward stretches, which i find uncomfortable and awkward. I also find that i do not get a nice stretch as i do from outward and down stretches.

You advice will be appreciated.:o

I don't understand the LOT theory.

LOT is "Loss of Tug" or "Loss of Tension". Pull on your flaccid penis straight up towards your navel. Once stretched, kegal. You'll notice the penis "tugs" back. Now imagine the face of a clock with 12:00 at your navel, 6:00 is straight down. With your stretched dick in hand, start lowering the angle towards 6:00, every once in a while kegal. You'll find a point where the "tug" no longer happens. That is your LOT.

Yeah I've read it but I never had a loss of tug.

It just seems better to just stretch all directions anyway. I personally don't believe you have to understand why PE works to know that it does.

well guys, after reading Thermo's post found here (http://www.cheekycherry.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5184&highlight=thermo) and G-Spots success on the synthetic routine found here (http://www.cheekycherry.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3210) a decided to change my routine as follows:

on days M, W, F

-stretching 10min in shower with heli's inbetween(morning)
-stretching 10min after warm up with water bottle (evening)
-100 jelqs at 80% - 100% erection (evening)
-warmdown with water bottle (evening)
-kegels

on my off days

-10 min JAI stretches with heli's inbetween (morning)
-10 min JAI stretches with heli's inbetween (evening)
- i've decided that i will kegel only on my on days and work myself up to 200 jelqs in the weeks to follow

i tried the routine last night and felt heavier than after a normal jelq- this morning however, i woke up alone with no woody - is this normal?

What do you guys think of the routine? your thoughts would be appreciated:D

Routine looks good. i would say that your penis was still tired from the routine. if you dont get a woody on your off days, i would be concerned.

ok guys, missed woody, or stanley as my girl likes to calls it, this morning again. tried to watch porn but did not get aroused. think i'll call it a miss with my routine today and pray for woody in the morning. i've decided maybe i need 2days to recover. You think my routine above on mondays, thursdays and sundays instead of M,W,F will limited my growth. i know most PE on M,W,F. Are these days the magic formula to success?

I would go with two sessions a week at first. Monday and Thursday, get into the flow that way and build up your routine. If you choose two days a week bump up your jelqs a little to make up for your loss of a day.
Keep a record of morning erections. It might be that you need to do morning workouts to give Woody some time to recoup to bring back old morning Glories.

Thats what I would do, test the waters a little bit. Or give it a couple of weeks to adjust and see what happens. Do whats comfortable with yourself. This whole thing is to make you more confident and to get optimal growth. In the end if you are not happy you will likely not stick to it.

thanks runner, a bit difficult to set time aside in the mornings. still no woody. maybe i'm overtraining and should start with regular jelqs to to condition my dick? my kegels are maybe a bit to intensive to, i usually do it on my off days while stuck in traffic for minimum an hour - i really feel the burn during and after.

lesson - this newbie need to follow the newbie routine with light kegels on my on days (so my dick and kegel muscle has equal time to recover)

ok my erection was ok tonight and had a session. I did 150 jelqs at 80% erection. my goal was to do 100 but i couldn't control myself, Think i might be hooked on PE. I will monitor my erection level and hopefully get a session in on sunday. if i do, i'm gonna stick to the MONDAY, THURSDAY, SUNDAY routine. if not, i'm doing two days as Runner advised.

for now, i'm only focusing on length. any girth gains will just be a bonus. I guess i'll start incorporating girth excercises as up my routine.

i'm really longing (pun intended) for a workout today. i have decided to do 2days off because of my erection problems (probably caused by an unconditioned dick), sunday is my scheduled workout. i'll try to be strong and just stick to kegels and stretches today. You guys ever get enthusiastic about PE and do too much? I might be hooked, especially after seeing (photo's) the phenomenal gains other people achieved in some of the other forums (not sure i can mention the forum here). I am 100% convinced that PE works.

ok, had my workout as scheduled. Did 150 jelqs ranging from 60%-100% erect. 20 of the jelqs i performed by clamping the base of my dick with my left hand and then pulling up from the base hand to my head with my dominant hand - did this at about 60% erect. This excercise really fills my dick up nicely. I think my erection problems are ok know and decided to do one day on one day off. My schedule will be M,W,F,S in one week and then T,T,S the other, rotating on that basis. I will increase by 10 jelqs after each session. I will be measuring soon. Wish me luck.

Looks good, be cautious with your grip of the base and the jelq combo. That is a Warhold. It is usually done at a higher erection level so you should be safe. Just use caution with that one move. Glad you are having fun. It can be hard to keep your hands off it for a day or two when you know you need a break. Just try not to over due things.

had a really fucked up week - no PE. Had an ok session today, did some light stretchs in the shower and 200 jelqs. I threw in about 50 warlords to try to maintain a decent erection level. hope next week is better.

Dont worry about it, we all have times like that. At least now your penis has had time to fully heal, and getting back in to the routines should give a more positive reaction. :mrgreen

here's hoping for more a positive reaction. today session was better than the last. i really put alot more effort in today. Did 10 JAI stretches in each direction, then held for 15sec in each direction, then 30 sec in each direction, same amount of time was spent on V stretches. I usually stretch straight out, to the right then left, straight down, to the right then left, straight up, to the right then left. This was done in the shower with warm water running on my dick. I performed 210 jelqs, switching between 20 regular wet jelqs and 10 warholds all the time trying to maintain 80%-100% erection. tommorrow i will increase to 220 jelqs. My dick feels like it had a good workout:D watch out big dicks i'm coming to get you.

i'm wet jelqing at 80%-100% erection after i read of Thermos and G-Spots success at jelqing at this level. i posted a link higher up in my thread. I normally switch to the warholds after loosing my erection level from the wet jelqs. The warhold get me nicely up to atleast 90%. i would do about 10 warholds and 20 wet jelqs. i hope this routine works for me.

wish i started PE ages ago and could tell you that it does really work. o well, hopefully in the next couple months i can tell you that it is a good routine.

hope i'm not moving to fast. i need to make up for time lost last week and plan to do M,W,F,S. by then i should be at 250 jelqs. Something tells me i should be stretching more.

So you gona add some more stretches. If you are not doing them already, read up the A-Stretch and do that, it pulls on the tunica and is very helpful.

:lol: yeah, well i find the A-stretch tends to give me more of a pull on the Tunica, i like V-stretches too, but if i had to make a choice, it would be the A-stretch.

Good that you hit the routine out even though you weren't feeling like it. Thats the spirit!!!

had a good session today. lost count on the number of jelqs. same routine of 20wets and 10 warholds at 80%-100% erection. had a good stretch in the shower as well. liked the A stretches, although my dicks a tad bit to small. i will however stick with it until i can wrap my dick around my arm:D i will have a rest day tommorrow and update again on wednesday.

ok, did 220jelqs last night switching from 20 wet jelqs to 10 warholds at 80% - 100% erect. watching porn really helps to maintain my erection. problem is when i try to do some edging after my routine I always blow my load. Hope this doesn't fuck with my gains. stretching is always done in the shower for a count of 15sec in all directions and finishing with a count of 30sec in all directions. i have also incorporated the V and A stretches in my routine on the advise of Codzilla and G-Spot. I feel i can do alot more with my stretching and have decided to incorporate ADS and some light hanging in my routine- this i will do at the end of March after I conditioned my dick with the newbie routine. I feel my erections are alot stronger since i started and am excited to post some gains when i mesasure mid March. Do you guys think the ADS and light hanging will be a good idea?

Now were talking. Warholds are incrdiably intense for the early going and should be eased into. i dont even do ten myself. Of course i do various other exercises besides them that do the same thing. Point is, when you move into something new in PE, you need to ease into it, not leap into. Best of luck!

thanks g-spot, i was able to maintain my erection for much longer during the wet jelqs and only did about 5 sets 5warholds - done very slow at about 4-5sec per warhold. this time round i really concentrated on the quality of my jeqls. i'd kegel just before i start jelqing from the base. I think this might have help me maintain my erection for longer. anyway, i'm up to 240jelqs and will keep to 250 for the week to come.

Kegaling has also helped with my erections-are rock hard in the morning. if i never gain, atleast i know i'm improving the health of my dick and my sex life.:D

haven't pe'ed for the last three months. exams really took its toll on me. i'm ready to start again and this time to take it real slow. fuck the war-holds and intense workouts, i'm starting slow at 100 jelqs with increments of ten per week.

so i resumed pe after a long break and started up from my last post. i started at 150 jelqs increasing by 10 jelqs each week. I within 5 weeks i jelq mostly at 80%-100% erection and visibly noticed an increase in girth. Length however, is my ultimate goal. I decided to start up again at 150 jelqs at a lower erection at 50%-60% erection to target lenght. Only this time i'd kegel twice when i'd reach my head before i started the next jelq-at the head i would give a slight stretch for about 2 seconds.

TODAY I MEASURED 15CM, UP FROM 13,6CM. YAWO

I'll stick to 150jelqs until my gains have stopped.

Quick question. i'm a heavy smoker and read in a mens health magazine that men could lose an average of 1cm of their dick size. what r youre thoughts on this?i'm seriously thinking of quiting-in fact today will be my last day.

Its very possible. Everything you do with PE increases potential size only. Without the proper blood flow to fill that space, you got shit. Smoking reduces bloodflow and therefore inhibits the amount of blood to your penis. I think kegeling helps that, but hell its still healthier and easier on your body to give up smoking.
