You should be able to do it by clicking 'user CP' at the top and changing your details.

Oh few more things sorry spike if you dont mind, my custom saying back to what it used to be and could you please pretty please make my O and F caps please i only just realised i got it wrong :? thanks for the help .... if you can that is.

What do mean about your custom saying? You can enable/disable it yourself.
