just did the first PE workout (more in my newly opened diary). i didn't feel anything, and wasn't sure that i was doing it right. every time in the wet jelqs i felt the erection getting stronger, i stopped and let it pass. is that ok? i also felt like pulses in my penis, is that ok, too? in the streches if i count 30 seconds is it ok, or should i precise it with a clock? yeah i know i have a lot of questions, but i want to do this right. it was more easy than i thought.

Heya ii wrote in your diary aswell. You should have felt a kind of "acheing" in your penis afterwards. Not pain, but more like a senssation that you get after you work out. During the jelqs, you will get a pulsing feeling as the blood is forced up into the chambers. Its fine, dont worry. Umm i also suggested in your diary that you should maybe do an extra 50 wet jelqs on top of the 100 you are already doing. But keep at it, if that "tingling/acheing" doesnt occur in your penis after the workout, then maybe just tighten your grip a little bit more during the wets. Personally i always know i've done a good wet jelq session when my penis is very bulbous at the end of it.
But good luck, keep us posted as to how it goes.

after all don't forget it's only a first workout. BTW should i do the exercises sitting on a chair or on a bed (not lying down, but sitting on a bed) ? does it even matter.

Haha yeah true, first workout theres always something to learn from. But in general it sounds like it went well, so well done. I do my jelqs sitting down, and i jelq downwards to get that stretch of the ligaments at the same time. But some people prefer to jelq straight out. You will find in general a lot of the stuff you can try, and just see which you prefer. I think the entire PE regime is a trial and error process. After trying new things, you wll discover which exercises, routines and positions are best for you.
Oh and i didnt answer your question about the stretches. You dont need to be precise with a clock, just count 30 seconds yourself, thats fine.

wow the codzilla you are helping me a lot. i think what keeps the motivation first is seeing the first growth. i mean once you see a gain, you are motivated, but i hope not to lose my motivation.

Yeah very true. Before you see it you will feel it. Like when you're masterbating, you will feel its bigger, and then sooner or later you will start to visually be aware of the growth. But although its tempting, try not to measure often. Maybe every 3 months, that way you will be ten times more motivated.
No worries about the helping out, can't sleep tonight so im just lingering on here hehehe.
