Jelq Speed

What speed of jelqs has attributed to most of your gains. I was doing fast ass jelqs at about 1 second each and then i changed to about 3-4 sec jelqs and i felt good its just it took AGES to complete.

Yeah i do mine at 3 seconds each. I count 3 seconds for the 1st 10 i do, and then you get used to the time and just dont count after that. But yeah like you said feels great afterwards, butt akes fucking ages!!!

I am doing 3-4 second jelqs as these seem to provide the best result for me. I have not done my first measurement, though after the workout you get that pumped feeling.

Personally too I think the slower you do them, the more chance of expansion your penis has compared to if you just blow through them.

As a reference, I am doing the newbie routine and it takes me about an hour, give or take.

yeh i take bout 3 seconds...with the warholds i take bout 12 seconds, but its extreme and its more for girth...
