I'm almost 19 and started an exercise program about three weeks ago now. I have a couple questions though. The program is about 20minutes and I do it about five(5) times a week with two days off. Is that too much? It doesn't feel like too much to me.

Also, in regards to kegals, should I be doing them as much as possible/as I'm comfortable (every day) ?

Finally, I'm trying to figure out, at what age does your penis stop growing naturally (without exercises) ?

Thanks

While you edited his post you could just as easy answered the guy.

Hey Newbie, :D

The maximum amount of days in the week is determined by the intensity of your routine and the intensity your penis can handle.
I dont know how intense those 20 minutes are but they should be quite light.
That way you will easy into your routine and you wont overtrain.
I also dont know how much of those 20 minutes consists of stretching and how many of jelqing. Jelqing is more intenser, so the more you jelq the more intense your routine is.
Just too make sure, you could PE 4 days a week. For example: Monday, Tuesday. Wensday off. Thursday, Friday and the weekend off.

You shouldnt do as much Kegels as possible because the PC muscle is, like the name says, a muscle and thus can be overtrained.
Dont do too many of them. Maybe 50 in the morning and another 50 in the evening.

The age where the penis stops growing is different for each person. Some stop growing when there 18 or even younger. Others still grow into their early twenties. So I cant give you a straight answer on this.

Hope this helps.

You must excuse Valk :D . He means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off. Thursday, Friday and the weekend off. Good suggestion though.

Wasn't time after the editing - had to be in church for 10:30.

Don't give into the temptation to do more. Its hard to tell sometimes how much fatigue you've created. Much better to do less.

Kegals im doing a lot of in short intense time periods, every day or two. I reckon its really hard to overtrain as you'll probably forget to do them hardcore everyday.
