ok I know this sounds dumb and amateur but... I need some experienced dudes to supply me with the best length routines. So far what have been your best length routines?

Since the beginning of this month Ive been doing hanging as and when I like without consistancy. I'm really scared, according to the fact that if you keep doing stretches that work on your ligs, the ligs heal and become less elastic then they used to be.

I want to have a lig workout that will deal with this healing process. And the durations, over doing it effects gains so yup... lol this is seriously stupid but Ive got lots of ideas but I simply don't know how to get started, its ironic cuz Ive been reading as many articles in cc for the past few months. I want someone to just dump in a routine and say SHUT UP! AND DO THIS! you'll have good gains!

anyways... the noob routine gives girth gains but all I'm asking for is length

kay man, I'll try that. But what I have on my mind right now is pretty much like... stretch, stretch !@#$ing stretch and then hang. Increasing the duration. And finally when I'm over my limit to the point where I know stretching won't work anymore then I'll go for other methods.
