Hey, pretty new to this site. Saw this journal section and decided to post my stats, routine and goal.

Flaccid
Girth-5 inch
length- 4.1 inch

Erect
Girth- 6 1/8 inch
Length- 6 3/8 inch

I'm doing all the normal exercises you guys mentioned Kegels - One of if not the most important exercise you will do throughout PE.

Basic Stretching The Wet Jelq The Dry Jelq Holds Helicopter Shakes

I tell you the helicopter shakes feel weird. :)

I'm trying my own invention (I basically copied what I've seen from African tribes and their necks)

you guys may have seen this in my post under faq
I'll wear this say an hour at a time or so. I've already noticed an increase (mostly in flaccid size) but I plan to do cardio exercises to have a good circulation to support any size increases

I think that's all I plan to do.
My hopeful gains are length and girth 7 to 8 inches

What's that wire rapping.

You do know that they did a study on that' and all the women who rapped coil around there necks, did not get longer necks at all. What happens is there shoulder's where pushed downward from the pressure of the coils.

yeah that's because of the vertebrae, which aren't meant to change in size. but the erectile tissues have capacity to expand, unlike bone, so I'm thinking this will help. Like I've said it has increased it a bit already (most flaccid though)

I wouldnt have minded seeing if that freaky contraption worked or killed his dick. Oh well, i guess we'll never know.
