Ok. Here goes. I am planning on getting back to PE after a gap of 5years. I am now 24 and was into PE sometime when I was in my teens. My earlier sessions in those days included:

Warm-ups
Wet jelqs (lost count on those # reps)
Some blasters (again lost count)
Uli’s (targeted to improve girth and penis head)
Warm-downs
For all those experienced, I have the following questions- can I resume my routine PE sessions when possible and alternate it with something like an extender (someone recommended me some brand) so that it will help me as I cannot devote time like I used to my sessions.

Yo, i would always be careful about gettin back into, maybe start a little easier and work your way up, at least for a few weeks, then add this in...As for the extender, if i were you i would keep my routine while using the extender...you dont have to totally abolish the routine...Hope this helped!

If you think that you don't have time to do pe so you will use an ads device you are on the wrong page. Some people have no problems using the device but for a lot of people it is constant monitering of you penis and constant bathroom breaks to fix/adjust your device. I found out that gains came from me putting MORE time in not less. Considering you said you have not done any pe in 5 years I agree that you should stick to the newbie routine for now. If you are interested in pe devices search for some of my posts. I answered a good amount of questions that you might have.

Hey, thanks for the suggestions guys. It has really helped. As told by you, I too would definitely want to have the manual routine in place and use the extender to substantiate whatever is not being met by my manual routines. I hope to keep getting more info from you guys as the extender is a device that I have heard from many but never got a chance to use till now.
Btw, I have still not ordered for my extender and am still deciding on it. Also, I would like to add that Jason’s pic is really awesome!!!!

I think you have a good routine there if you can maintain it. But since you expressed doubts regarding the same, I think you have a good idea out there in having some alternate sessions. An extender, in my idea will definitely free you a bit from sticking to manual sessions and can be added onto your busy schedule.

So, in my opinion it is a good idea. Go ahead and buy that extender and let us know how it goes.

The opinions offered by the others are also quite good. I too have used extenders for quite sometime now, so i think i do have good qualifications to help you out in this regard. If you have any more questions, please shoot.
