Can edging be done on your off days?

Also, has anyone found that edging helped their gains?

i heard good things on, but i for one do not hold the willpower to edge...the only thing that edging has done for me has help blow my load more! if you can handle it, def look into this exercise!

Edging does not imply not cumming! You can and in fact SHOULD come in the end of edging. The whole point of edging is to train yourself to last longer and be more selfaware on your arousal level and to get to control it as you will. A good edging training would be to edge until the point of no return for about 30 minutes or more(you decide) and to clamp that orgasm. Then keep masturbating until you ejaculate. If you don't cum you'll probably get the blue balls, and we all know how much that sucks!
