Thats right I am back. :mrgreen It has been a while though now life has settled down and exams are over and I am finally out of that dreadful dorm. I don't know if I have missed much but I must say that I come armed with a bigger unit :cool During my time away I kept the PE up and found a couple of interesting ideas that I am still experimenting with but will share shortly. BTW did I miss anything good in the last two months?

Well the first thing I have learned or am learning is that kegals are the base for all PE. You can jelq your ass off but without kegals you will have nothing to show for it because your penis has grown but the muscles to provide blood to the region are still trained to fill up your old penis size. I think this is the number one reason why beginners have that period where they just shoot up in size, its not that their jelqing is that greatly effecting their cock but that they are finally using the PC muscles and actually reaching to blood level potential for their penis.

The second thing I hypothesized about was the five hour rule. I understand about not blowing a load five hours before you PE but I think that it may be benificial to blow a load after PE. My reasoning for this is that you train your penis subconsciously to blow at certain states. This is why sometimes you will blow a load at less than complete hard on and have problems with your erections till you lay off of masterbating for a while. Well if you train yourself like this then it would make sense to blow a load when you are fully hard and expanded after a PE session, because after expanding all those chambers you are training yourself to blow loads at that maximum size and hopefully this will carry on to future experiences such as the bedroom :mrgreen

I still have more to come but these are from personal experience so they might or might not work for you.

BTW mods I think this thread might work better in the general pe section but i'll leave that discretion up to you.
