I checked out your old workout plan awhile ago and decided that I would try it out.. My body is asking for a work out.. I'm gettin fat and out of shape :? Anyways I was checking out http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=111

I was wondering how many reps and sets am I supposed to do? Do I just lift until I can't anymore or what? Also, how many of those examples that you gave am I supposed to do a day?

10-15 reps per set for 4 sets until failure.
