Hi guys!

STARTING STATS (06/11/07)
BPEL: 16.6cm / 6.53 in
EG: 12.3cm / 4.84 in

(measured on a PE workout day, about 7 hours post-workout)


Background:

I've had some good success with P.E. about 3 years ago - I gained probably about half an inch or more EL in 3 weeks. The highlight was when my GF at the time blurted out "oh god you feel so big today" :D Since then though, I eased off and my gains slipped away.


Now I've made the decision to cement some permanent gains. I am committing to consistency with a BASIC routine and looking forward to a bigger, thicker and harder penis.

Goals:

SHORTTERM:

-Consistently do a BASIC PE M-W-F, without fail, for one month to create the habit.
-Measure gains then set a medium-term 3-month goal.

LONGTERM -8x 5.5

ROUTINE (M-W-F):

5mins warmup (Wet towel ATM, but looking into better methods)
3x30 sec stretches - 1 out, 1 up, 1 down
150 wet jelqs (2-3 sec per rep)
3x30 sec stretches -1 out, 1 up, 1 down
5mins warmdown
Kegels - 200-400 per day, every day (minimum 200)

I'll remeasure in 4 weeks: Wednesday 5th december.

All advice and comments greatly appreciated... Here we go!


PROGRESS:

11/11/07
3 workouts in, already feeling bigger and harder, more vascularity. Kegelling everyday. I love PE.

Good luck man. I don't really have any advice for you since it seems as though we're pretty much at the same stage. Well, other than I'm pretty sure consistency is a huge part of getting huge, so keep it up.

Keep the diary coming too, it'd be great motivation hearing of a beginner like myself having some success, and it really helps with keeping consistent.

is that the same routine you used to gain half an inch in 3 weeks? those are out of hand gains in 3 weeks are you sure you measured right.

You should only measure pre-workout. Measuring afterwards will give you falsely inflated numbers as you will still be plumped from the exercises.

Why only a month?

The idea is to establish consistency above anything. Too many times have I restarted PE only to miss workouts here and there, miss an entire week, etc...and end up with nothing. They say it takes 21 days to engrain a habit, so thats what this is about. After I've built the habit I'll reassess and establish a goal for 3-6 months.

It's more basic, I've left out dry jelqs and holds. I'll consider re-implementing them after a month. I definitely gained well the first time I did it... my dick was visibly longer and bigger. Gained at least half an inch BPEL- I couldn't believe it either! I'm just going with the basics for now, again, for short workouts and consistency.

Yeh routine sounds awesome...hit this up for a month or so, then ramp up the intensity and make your wang gain a few pounds! So good luck and remember to stay motivated and consistent, what helps me is just t come on the site everyday. it works for me!

OK 1-month measurements are in.

BPEL: 6.9 inches (just about)
BEEG: 4.9 inches

And I don't measure flaccid, but its noticably longer/more engorged most of the time. Veins bulge out.

It's also noticeably harder during erections, although this kind of hit a peak midway through the month then decreased somewhat. I was shooting further on ejaculation but that has gone back to normal now. I think this is due to kegelling several times a day every day and overdoing it.

So some modest gains overall.


I'll continue with M-W-F, however I plan to:

-Stick to vaseline for wet jelqs - I used olive oil for about half of the month, I think this slowed me down somewhat
-Shoot for 175 wet jelqs
-Add in 200 dry - 100 base-mid, 100 mid-shaft
- Add in some 10sec holds - 2 at base, 2 at mid-shaft.

Also, implement a new kegel routine, kegelling every OTHER day for better recovery.

Something like:

5 sec holds 10 reps, 3 sets (squeezing as HARD as poss)
15 sec holds, 5 reps, 2 sets
3 long 40sec holds.



What do you guys reckon? Is this about the right sort of progression? Cheers for your advice :)

So ur saying u gained 0.37" in a month? Wow thats awesome if true.

Rountine looks good, make sure ur not overtraining tho. Listen to ur body.
