Hi Guys,
I used to be an old member of :cheeky: cc and pe'd for like 5 months in 2005.
My stats are now NBPEL: 6,5''
EG: 4,8'':evil: 31 Oct.
New stats: NBPEL: 6,6"
EG: 4,9'' 27 Nov.
New stats: NBPEL: 6,7"
EG: 4,9'' 5 Jan.
New stats: NBPEL: 6,75"
EG: 4,95'' 5 Feb.
New stats: NBPEL: 6,70"
EG: 5,00'' 6 Mar.
New stats: BPEL: 7,00"
NBPEL: 6,75"
EG: 5,00" 8 Apr.
My goals are 7,5 X 5,5.
I just started again for 2 months with an beginner workout but now i feel like i'm ready for the next step. I want girth for now. So this is my next workout:
-10 min warmup
- 30 sec stretches (5 min)
-15 min dry jelqs
- holds
-hot shower
I'm very curious to know what you guys think of my workout and maybe some advice for girth-gains!!

That looks pretty good to me for girth, just don't overdo it, pay attention to your dick. Good Luck!

My advice for gaining girth is concentrate on your dry jelq technique. Minimum erection % of 85, any lower and you wont get the expansion. Dont go crazy with your grip, just enough to meet resistance from the chambers and dont rush. 3-4 seconds per jelq is about right, imo.
Start out slow with the holds, particularly if you get good form on your drys. 5 x 15 seconds is plenty to start with. You can always increase the duration if you feel you can take it, but please be careful. No pain allowed, as always!

If you havent already, you may want to increase the duration of your holds and increase the time on your drys. Doesnt need to be a massive adjustment, just enough to keep things fresh. An additional 5 mins of drys and 5 seconds more on the holds would suffice, imo.

Thanks for the advise K-Man. I already increased the duration of my holds & drys. When i hit the 5" girth i will add some wets also!

If i were you, i would reduce your girth goal from 5.5 to something like 5.2. Girth comes a lot slower, so u just need to be patient with it. Depending on how long you have been doing PE for, you may try doing some advanced girth exercises, but just be careful with them, and like i said depending on how long you been doing PE for. I dont mean the 5 months you did a long time ago, how long have you been doing it for recently? But yeah believe me, when you have goals that can be achieved with smaller amounts of times, they feel much better, and then you can just up your goal from 5.2 to 5.5. But believe me, once you get to 5.5, you'll want more!!! :twisted:

I've been doing this workout recently for about 2 months now every other day. I think I will add some holds and warholds, i think i did too much dry's(20 min.) and too less (just like 6) holds every workout. I've heard that for most guys here holds seems the key to girth gains, so this is what i gonna do for the next couple of months:
Warm up (10.min)
Stretching (7 min.)
Dry's (10 min.)
Holds (10x 30sec)
Warholds (??)
Hot shower
Goals summer '08 : NBPEL 7"
EG 5,1''
This sounds reasonable to you guys?????

I'm skipping on wet jelqs because i'm focused on girth for now!
My BPEL is ~7,2'' and my EG is just almost 5". So Girth is my biggest concern!!
Maybe in a few months i add some wets to my routine.

My orginal stats in 2005 before i started PE were: 6'' x 4,7" after 5 months dedicated pe i was 6,5x4,8 and now i'm 6,75x4,95!!
I'm very happy with my gains, i'm close to a 7x5 dick :D

Great work! I know its goinna be hard, but try to hold back on the measuring as long as possible. Especially since you are sure you grew. Keep using that certainty as motivation on into your next measuring period. Best of luck!

Too bad i only gained Girth this time...I think it's because i focused on Girth most of the work outs....
