View Full Version : Advice on my plan

Hey guys, recently found your site, and it's been a blessing to hear actual results that it does indeed work. Anyway, I got a question concerning my routine. I started about three weeks ago and have slowly been ramping up each a week until where I am currently. Right now I'm doing Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday with Thursday and Sunday as off days. I'm starting off with a 6 minute warmup with a hot cloth in the shower, then 3 sets of 5 stretching exercises at 15 seconds each. After that is 30 minutes of wet jelqing, and finally about 400 PC flexes with every 15th being a 10 second hold. I plan to go about 2 months on this plan before I go advanced. My question is this, is my routine too extreme to start off with? Should I add something else in?

Yeah mate that rountine is definetly too extreme! 30 mins of wet jelqing and uve only started? :shock: U should search for 'thought out pros' newbie rountine and try that for a few weeks to c how u get on.

Yeah, cut the jelqs down at least to 15 mins just to start out. The kegels are fine, can't really hurt yourself with those I don't think, but it's much better not to overtrain to start out with, than to undertrain. At least if you undertrain you can always increase slowly, but if you break your dick your just screwed lol. I know it's hard to take it slow, I find myself squeezing the crap out of my dick sometimes because I want to see results quickly, but it's a slower process. Patience and you'll get there mate. What are your starting stats and goals?

Yeah for sure...i dont even do 30 minutes of wet jelqing and ive been pe'ing for 10 months! id do 15 mins also! GOOD LUCK MATE!:twisted:
