I've been reading up on PE but never really got into, mainly because I'm terrible with things that are very committed. I am a relatively young guy 22 years old. I go to college and luckily my room mate isn't in the room very often and the showers are relatively private so I shouldn't have any excuses why not being able to do the exercises. I'm starting a journal so that I have motivation to keep people updated and to get some feed back to help me along. My starting stats are 6" BPEL and 1.75" Erect Width and 5" Erect Girth. My flaccid stats vary a great amount;anywhere from an inch long to 3 inches.
My routine will be a three day cycle. 1 Stretching 2 Girth Exercises 3 Day of Rest.1st day will be stretching in all directions with no set amount, as soon as I feel I have achieved a good stretch I will stop. Day two, hopefully 100 jelqs and a minute of holds (I'm not going to be specific for a while because I'm going to keep trying varying methods until I find which feels best to me). Day 3 just rest. Also I will be warming up and down will all exercises. I have no long term goals. I just want to see my penis grow.
And if someone tells me how to put pictures up here from ones hard drive, I'll be sure to do that asap. Thank you guys.

I think you should put you jelqs in with your stretching day. Wet jelqs are maily for length and work very well combined with stretching. If you really wanted to you could do stretches with jelqs on day one and day two do just jelqs. Also I think you should set some kind of goal. You can't really get what you want if you don't even know what you want. I understand you just want to gain but thinking like that usually limits what you can accomplish. So i've been sick as a dog these past two weeks so PE really didn't take off yet, however I've been putting effort to do more research into the subject. I've decided to alter my chosen routine as follows (not in too much detail though, thats for when I get it fine tuned).

I will do stretches on my penis twice a day, morning and night shower. And holds /dry jelqs ever 48 hours. Oh, and I've decided to make an official long term goal. 8 inches not boned pressed length (erect, just in case you were curious :P) and 6.5 inches erect girth. I'd like to get there in 3 years (maybe a realistic goal?) That's 2/3 of an inch in length every year, and half an inch in girth every year.

Oh and another crazy thing. I'm trying to restore my foreskin. I hear sex is alot better with it.

Also I'm growing a beard for what thats worth.

I don't want this to sound bad, but are you overweight? From the pics it looks like it...if so I would suggest also getting in the gym/watching what you eat. That will lose that layer of fat around your dick and make it bigger while you do PE, so you'll get double the benefits.

Yeah, I'm overweight, probably by a good 50 lbs now. I've realized that and have been doing at least 50 minutes of cardio every day for the past 3 weeks and have stopped eating/drinking anything with lots of sugar (soda, candy, iced tea). I've lost ten lbs already. I still need to watch my proportions but so far its looking like I"m on my way to losing that "fat pad".
I'm sure I'll attract far more women witha sexy body than a big penis. And hopefully one day I'll have both.

You can gain a lot of penis just from getting healthy. With pe as well you will be getting double the gains! What a great reason to get in shape. Kill fucking 10 birds with one stone.

Cool man, glad to hear you're getting healthy. I've been working on myself the past month or so, started lifting weights and am already feeling more confident. :mrgreen The bigger dick is just an extra reward for the ladies I feel are worthy haha.:cool
