hey guys ive been getting lazy with my PE and i actually lost some of my gains the past month. im rededicating myself to PE right here and now and with no excuses, but i could uses some help too. I gained 5mm over my first 2 months of PE and then lost 3mm last month. As you can see i haven't gained much, and im willin to do whatever it takes to start seeing bigger gains than just a couple of mms a month. heres my routine, i work out on MWF:
5-10min warmup hotwrap and helishakes
10s v-stretch
20s stretches up, down, right, left
10s v-stretch
20s stretches 4 directions
10s v-stretch
150 wet jelqs 2-3s each
15s stretch straight out
10s v-stretch
15s stretch straight down
10s v-stretch
5-10min warm down
i also do lots of kegels during the day and take 2000mg of arginine/day. i could really use any advice you guys might have. if someone could tell me any changes they made to their routine after their first coupleof months of PE that would be great. also an advice on breaking plateaus would help. i think im gonna go up to 200 wets next week and see if that doesn't help. im goin into my 4th month of PE and have almost no gains to show for it so i need to get my act in gear. any advice would really be appreciated. thanks.
