I used to use l-arginine before, but recently switched to using an arginine-AKG (alpha keto-glutarate) supplement. Its basically a bodybuilding supplement designed to help make you feel a better pump.
I had sex with my gf an hour or so after taking a serving of this stuff, and my cack not only felt fuller, but also had more sensation. I've read in many places that the AKG version of l-arginine is more bioavailable, apparently because AKG is a metabolic intermediate in several biochemical pathways.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this effect...or was it just due to other things. I'm just going to have to try it again :-P
