I would like to know whether the holds I am doing is correct.

I try to maintain a 95% erection, Kegel and then use a quick and tight O.K.grip at the base.

I hold for 30 seconds for 10 reps.

Am I on the right track?I just started doing them.
I have been doing P.E. since February 2007.

SOunds about right to me, if you feel uncomfortable with such a high erection level you can scale it back. Just go for longer time after kegeling more blood into your unit.
