From doing alot of reasearch and using common sense you have to realize that if u do the same methods again and again ur penis gets adapted to the excersize you are doing, that is why gains are so slow or not coming at all because u have to switch routines up and keep your penis from knowing what you'll do next, same applies to body building. I just realized this from hearing this from veteran pe'rs it might be old news over here, i dont know, i just didnt read about it so im mentioning it. and hopefully someone can help me figure more out on this, drop some feedback and knowledge if you know something about this, thanks.....

I've heard of this before and it could well be true. The growth stimulus is indeed the body's response to hitherto unfamiliar external stresses, so it does make sense that changing the nature of the stress might better stimulate cell division/growth.

One thing about the muscle/penis comparison: As everyone knows, the penis is not a muscle. I'm not sure if this matters at all to this question, but it does suggest the muscles have followed a different evolutionary path than have the tissues of the penis. What I mean is muscles have evolved to respond to greater demands because that's how we stay alive, and the body only gets stronger when it thinks these demands may threaten our lives (hence after several weeks of the same, non-fatal workout your progress hits the breaks). Does the penis follow these same rules? I don't know. I suppose cells are cells however, and this distinction between penile tissue and musculature may not be important at all.

I guess the one thing that can be agreed upon is that if you don't feel like a PE workout is working for you, then change it up and see what happens. It's really hit and miss in that respect, not like a muscle workout where you get pretty quick feedback one way or another.

Good post.

see i understand what you are saying, but how long would it take someone to realize if a routine or certain excersize is working or not? That is why i ask so many questions on suggestions and opinions because honestly i am new to all of this and i really dont kno what is right and how long it would take for me to actually know for sure, but thanks on the input it seems to be working for alot of people on this other forum, but newbees should stick to a consistant workout for atleast 2 months to get conditioning before they move on to switching routines up....

I'd say so. A couple of months seems like a good amount of time to allow your body to respond to the routines (it may take a while for the penile tissue to get the "grow!" signal in response to cell breakdown since it's never happened before) to take effect. If after that period of time things aren't working for you (either you haven't seen any gains at all, improvement in erections, etc or you feel unsatisfied with the workout) then I'd switch it up a little. By then is about the time to start adding in holds anyway, so you might do that before changing things fundamentally. Also during that period you can be adding in wet jelqs at a rate of something like 25 per week, if you so desire, up to between 200 and 300. Hope this helps.

The best way to gain no matter what is to be consistent and never stop. Even if gains crawl to you they are so slow they are still gains and you are that much bigger. Also always warmup I think a good warmup will help you get over any plateau and into gaining.

So you think you figured something out the world has known all along? Brilliant!!!

To be honest I don't really beleive that changing your routine up all the time is what will get you gains. Like baseballer said just doing the god dam workout everytime is what gets you gains. Changing too frequently leaves you never knowing what worked or might work for you. Lets say the newbie routine will give you gains for 3 months but you stop after 1 because you just want to have variation. Now you might stop your gains or slow them for no reason. To me its not really about getting the most out of a routine but actually learning from one. I like to know what works for me and THEN get theories around that. You wouldn't take 100 different kinds of medication for a cold and just say yeah variation works.

I actually do a routine that is different every time and every week depending on how I feel. The reason around this is because of my schedule, and how I am. Doing a very rigid schedule just isn't likely to be done with my already hectic schedule. That is the only reason I pe the way I do. Also doing it this way makes pe actually fun and doesn't become something I dread. Now my routine is different every day BUT I keep the same few exercises and I just change those.

Example. Monday:manual stretching
Tuesday: hanging
Wednesday: ads
Thursday: 30 minute girth
Friday ads/manual stretching
Saturday: 30 mins girth/manual stretching
Sunday: Hanging/ads

Now the variation I use is just the order and nothing else. It all goes depending on how me and my penis feels. I think this is key rather then just doing what you schedule says to do. All my workouts are different because every routine feels different and effects my penis differently. Sometimes I need more of a break and have to go light the next day and somtimes I can do more then usual. I can't tell what I will be ready to do until that actual day comes up.

I have also read that different parts of your penis grows at different rates, - erectile tissue, skins, ligaments.

So a plateau in measurable gains might not actually means everything has stopped growing.

Muscles adapt to reps faster than they do to the excercises. Then again, your penis isn't a muslce. Just food for thought.

I've been doing the same routine for two months now, and my gains havent stopped comming yet. Some sessions my penis is more motivated and can handle more than a regular session. I say "regular" because I usually keep consistant with the intensity I put my penis through. But when my penis is really motivated and can handle more, I'll up the intesity in such ways as increasing the time I perform a hold, and throw in some of my own variations. My work outs would last considerably longer. But as always, I make sure I listen to my penis as I know when he's getting fatigued and needing me to stop. Occasionally I throw in a "super set" going from a war hold to a uli then pump more blood into the penis and clamp both ends. It's working extremely well for me, and the gains aren't stopping by any means. So, for me, it's increasing the intensity on occasion.
