i dont know why everyone complains about their hair issues. im a hairy guy but i get compliments because im am muscular and being muscular + hair on body = sexy. now im not sure about back hair luckily i dont have any on my back but tummy + chest + legs + arms yet women dig it. the key to looking good with all that hair? bodybuild for a lil bit. trust me the girls i have been with fuckin love running their hands thru my chest hair. dont ask me thats just how it is... yet i doubt i will convince a lot of u guys out there because there have been a lot of shaving + waxing posts in the recent months. im just here to tell u dont change anything about urself. you are a MAN start acting like it. embrace ur body no matter how 'weird' u may think it is and u will seem 10x sexier. for the guys who seriously have a complex about their body hair just workout seriously... muscles + hair = awesome. any input guys?

I'm not very hairy on the chest area, but I do have a little. I concur on the muscle issue though; if you're in good shape you're going to look manly and not gross. I mean if you're a monkey or something you might lose girls over it, but a little hair here and there never hurt anyone.
Good for you.

Ever since I started working hard I want less hair. My ex was OK with the hair but loved the 6 pack perfectly sculpted in front of her. Granted I am light as far as my chest goes but I can get heavy in the pubes. The bald pubes is just a million times better. Its also better when someone grabs my gi and doesn't get a handful of hair.

If you are hairy, chances are the woman with you will like it or love it. Same with if you have little or no hair. Women lie to us just as we lie to them.
If the woman likes you, she will live with the lack of hair, or the grizzly bear look, plain and simple.......

Magnum would u post a pic of ur chest so I can have an idea of how much hair I should lose to look good? Seriously, post a pic. I have tons of hair even though I know guys who have more but I feel unconfortable with so much hair. I feel great when I shave it and can just feel the smooth skin and besides I can't see my 6pack unless I lose the hair!

my ex always bitched when i failed to shave my body hair in a timely matter as well as my ex before that. although at one point she did like that infamous thin line of hair from belly button to dick known as the infamous "treasure trail". then she got sick of it, told me to shave completely. i myself like the smooth feeling :D

i gota go with Magnum on this one, we're men so we should act like it. i got hair on my chest n stomach n a tiny bit on back but if you look n feel good about yourself thats what counts.
i also have a muscular build so that helps alot, i can see if your fat n hairy how that would suck. plus u see all these ads, billboards etc with guys with not a single hair. fuck those bitch ass pussies, its cuz of them (ad makers mostly) that everyone has a fuct up perception of themselves unless they look a certain way.

That said, I still like to keep the groin area fairly smooth, at least on the balls and dick. Never took a billboard to make me feel that way.

Grooming your pubic region is polite for your partner.
Shaving your body in other areas( unless you look like the wolfman) in an attempt to get women is just sad.

Except the face. I consider that part of my body, excluding my nose, which I count as part of the head.

Ok that argument about acting like men is bullshit!! So if we shave our body hair we are not men but when women wax/shave theirs it is ok?? Hair is as natural in a woman as it is in a man. Men have more of course but if we can complain about hair in their armpits and pussy howcome can't they complain about our body hair?? It's the same thing! Hair can be equaly disgusting in a man or a woman. It depends on how much, how thick, how long and where it is!
Just once I shaved my whole body! Everything! And I actually would prefer to look like that instead of having as much hair as I do. Although the ideal would be to have only a bit in the right spots.

We are men act like it all this shaving gives me the creeps. I trim my pupic hairs for one reason to make PE'ing possible with little irritation. Other then that I may7 shave the face once evey two weeks.

I don't see any men with unshaven body in body building contests. I wonder if that was the start of men shaving their body hair, then women started liking it, so ever guy in a magazine ad and billboards have shaven chests.
But then again, we do grow hair for a reason, but not everyguy such as myself is hairy. In fact the only places on my body I grow hair is on my face, legs, armpits, and groin. No chest no back no ass. I've always wondered why though.
I'm curious to know the history behind why and when women started shaving their armpits and pussy. I'm gonna have to do a little research. This thread has gotten my curiosity on the subject.

Bodybuilders shave because (in a very simplified way) it makes them look much much more muscular.

Well it makes everyone seem more muscular. I have good looking abs but the fucking hair in my belly totally obscures that! To me that feels like I'm wasting my time working out my muscles
