Sorry to bother everone but i have another question.
I solved the video capture prob so thanks for that. But now when i put the vid on my page i want it to be able to just push play like on any video site without having to dl a plug in. The way i had it before was through shockwave in dreamweaver but then all my friends were prompted to dl shockwave in order to view the vid while they could still view vids on sites like big-boys.com or anything else with out dling the plug in. So anyone know like technically how to do this, much appreciated thank you.

Sounds like you need to embed a WMV - that way, people won't need a weird plug-in, 'cos most comps have Windows Media Player and the associated plug-ins from the get go.

Or you could encode them as .MOV files and use quicktime. Same thing, most people have the quicktime streaming plug-in.
