Hey to all, first off I just wanted to let you all know that this site is awesome and I have been looking at it and reading posts on it for about 2 weeks now and have decided that it is time to start my own diary. This is partly due to the fact that I think with my busy scheduale the only way I will accomplish any goals is by make a diary so I will feel somewhat more motivated to get those results. So anyways my beginning measurements are :
FL : 11 cm
EL : 14.5 cm
FG : 10.5 cm
EG : 13.5 cm


My goals are set at about 18 - 18.5 cm EL and about 14.5 cm EG. I have never been fully happy with my size but I am young so thankfully I have time to get it to where I want it. My beginner routine is as follows

Warm-up Heat for 5 min

2 x stretches in 5 directions at 15 sec ea.

3 x
50 wet jelqs
heli shakes for 15 secs

Warm- down Heat for 5 min

stretches again as above

I was wanting to as offten as possible but reading this forums makes me think I should at least take one day off in three so as of now I am going at 2 days on 1 day off. I am not going to incorporate dry jelqs until about a month or month and a half in. Any recommendations, comments, encouragement, with any part of my goals or workout would be very appreciated. Especially seeing as how I am a newbie at this stuff. Thanks again and I look forward to keeping you guys posted.

It sounds like a good routine, but I would do 10 minutes of warmup/warmdown. It only adds a total of 10 minutes to your workout, but it is more beneficial to your workout and your recovery.

Good luck! You'll get where you want in a couple of years!

welcome to the boards. As wth said. up your warmups-downs and you will feel a better stretch. pe works so keep it up.

Thanks I got a really good work out in last night and will probably take today off since i've had two good ones in a row. :mrgreen

Good idea. The biggest problem newbies make IMO is overtraining. It is really easy to get excited about the post-workout hang and go for another too soon when you should let it rest.

Every other day works pretty well for me, although sometimes I might throw two days in a row and then one off.

The funny thing about PE is that if you try too much you gain much more slowly than you do by doing the bare minimum. If you err on the side of caution and don't work too much, you're probably going to gain more than if you try to work it more.

Take it easy and you will see gains come!

thanks for the advice and I wont push it because I want to be sure and give the little fella a break. Seeing as how were on the same team :wink:

I'd say 1 on 1 off is the way to go too. They're are a lot of good arguements for a lot of different schedules, but this one seems the most full proof. Break it down, recover, break it down some more, recover, etc.

As hard as it is, it might even be beneficial to throw in an extra recovery day from time to time to prevent the body from adapting. I'm not sure if penile tissue responds like muscle tissue in this respect, but I'd guess that it does. These added days of rest would throw the body off balance and prevent you from settling into a predictable routine, which often inhibits results.

thanks im still going to try for at least 4 days a week so i'll figure out a way to make sure I'm giving a break.

A one-on/one-off routine averages 3.5 sessions per week. You'll have 4 one week and three the next. In my opinion this is an optimal number of workouts for good gains - at least for me.

Try it for two months. If you don't have good gains, and you don't feel overtrained, then bump it up to two-on/one-off/two-on/two-off. That will be 4 a week, which I think is the maximum anyone should really be doing to maximize gains.

I have another question that I could not find the answer to. On my off days will I affect gains by jacking off ? Just wondering because I'm also trying to incorporate this somehow :mrgreen What do you guys do? I just dont want to interfere with my progress

My advice is to masturbate as little as possible. For me, it's really hard. I try to do it on my off-days if I must, and I try to keep it somewhat brief. You really do need time to rest.

I'm having great gains, using the 1 on 1 off schedule with very minimal masturbation in between. And when I do, it's just to clear pipes.
