It could be bs but Iv'e read some websites saying that kegals could cause prostate problems. See the link:

Some guy claims theyv'e ruined his life becuase of them and he's only 21. I don't really believe they are harmful, but I have noticed since doing kegals recently my throb (pulse) whatever in my shaft when Im erect is weaker. Also my erections don't last as long as before. :?

I read the guy's other posts and he tried everything else too. Whether he did it all wrong or had underlying problems anyway, it's hard to tell - A 100 people a year get hospitalised by their underwear so nothing is 100% safe.
As for you - a weaker erection after starting PE is normal - the equivalent of suddenly starting at a gym, your muscles ache like shit for a while until they get used to the punishment.

Cool well, as long as the kegals are safe to do. I guess I should accept getting a steel hard cock will take some time and months. Do you guys do kegals every day, or some one day, none the other few days. Then you start again and so on.

I do them every day but I havent a routine. I just do them when I think of it.
PE in general gives you healthier erections if you dont overdo it, not only kegels.

I do them here and there for i already have a strong erection!!
Kegels are fine just don't over do them i've done it once ( over doing them )and it felt like a had some pain sort'a like a pulled muscle. :cool

Thanks for the advice. :cool Well Iv'e never had my pc muscle hurt or anything but some days when I slightly over squeeses the pc muscle my erections for the rest of the day are a bit weaker.

Kegels flex the PC. It is a muscle. All the normal rules that apply to muscles throughout the body apply to kegels. You see, kegels is the name of the Doctor who discovered that by flexing this particular muscle your erections can become harder. So you can call the exercises PC flexes if you want. Or when you flex the PC to lift you cock you can call that exercise Cock Curles. Whatever.
