Oldie: Using a pump combined with PE.

Do you guys remember a while back when I came up with the idea that using a pump combined with PE might help make better/faster gains? Well, I have decided to test it out. As most of you know, I guess I am the "risk taker" at CC, so what better way to prove or disprove an "intense" theory than doing it myself?

I bought the "Big Man's Pump", and I'm sure that was a mistake to get for the first time pumping. It is 12" long and 2 1/2" in diameter. Yes, it is huge as hell...wish I would have gotten a pump with a smaller cylinder :lol:

This morning (Tuesday) I used the pump. No directions/instructions came with the pump, so I asked what to do on a pumper forum (won't mention the name.) They told me to pump for 5 minutes and then rest for 30 seconds...repeat for one hour. I did that. There is a "ruler" on the cylinder, has inches and centimeters both. I think the measurement is wrong, because it is different from a regular ruler. I am 7" in length with a ruler, 6" with the cylinder. Strange, but I'm not worried about it. During the pump session, my length increased to 7", by count of the tube, and my girth increased substantially. Towards the base, the girth had gotten possibly double the normal size. It kind of had a taper effect...base was bigger than towards the head. The head was very mushroomed though.

After 5 minutes, I decreased the pressure for 30 seconds. Upon doing so, my erection started to subside. This is because the pump creates an "artificial erection". I pumped once again, and noticed the same size increase. After an hour, I took my penis out of the pump, and my erection subsided, but my flaccid size dumbfounded me. It was outrageous. I did notice a "donut" in my flaccid state. When I got an erection, I did not notice much of a size increase. The underside of my penis had "filled out" though.

I did erect jelqs and bends, as well as putting the pump back on without the sleeve and pumping for 15 seconds, followed by immediate jelqs. After I was done, I left my penis alone and the flaccid size was still substantially bigger. I put my "ball zinger" back on, and that was that. I will keep you guys updated on how this goes, as I will be doing it for the rest of the week. If it yields any results, you will be the first to know, guaranteed! :)

see if just PE alone works for you first hopper...cuz if it does, no use in buying one of those thing if you don't need it. Oldie is just kind enough to run this little test to see how it goes...I would wait til this test is complete before you buy one anyway.

Anyways, I did not pump yesterday. Didn't have time. So, today, I did 30 minutes with a 30 second rest after 5 minute intervals. At the end of the 30 minutes, I did semi-erect and erect jelqs as well as erect bends. At the end of that, I did a minute or two of stretches. I didn't time them or anything. I have to say, my penis went back to "normal" a lot quicker than when I pumped for an hour, but I guess that's to be exected. Will keep you updated...

From what I've gathered just searching around, if pumping is done correctly and patiently it can yield some permanent gains over time. Well, I used to be pumper long long time ago. I actually gained about an inch in lenght with pumping.

WARNING DO NOT USE PUMP TOO MUCH. LIKE YOU ARE ALREADY DOING it causes temporary impotence and many other problems.

Now pumping is new for your penis, and you´ll have some results at the beginning but it´ll slow down while time being.

My advice is that pump only 3 or 4 sets of five minutes, and jelq between sets (50 reps). and have 2 or 3 pumping days/week at the most, that is good combo I think.
-Do not overtrain, it causes impotence.
-Use low or moderate vacuum, have a good normal erection (not by vacuum) alway when you have your penis in the cylinder.
-never pump flaccid or semi flaccid penis
-Avoid swelling if you want to have real gains!
Remember that pumping gives more swelling than jelqing, and your great gains might be gone after couble of days rest.

By the way, I want to warn you about higher risks of pumping.
I only do it once a week if not even that.
For me 3 exercises in a row with pump means that on 4 th day, I cant get a good erection or any kind of erection and that is very scary thing to happen.

Doesn't feel like anything really. Sometimes it feels tight because of the expansion, but nothing really different from a normal erection. Once you release the pressure, sometimes the erection subsides, but that's about it...then you start all over again.

You would be spending upwards for 2 hours. Everything up until the first pump session probably wouldn't take long. It takes at least an hour to notice something when you pump. You have to keep your penis "under pressure" for about 5-10 minutes at a time, then rest for 30 seconds or so, then pump again......all the way until you reach one hour. You'll be pretty amazed at how big your flaccid size is. The jelqs afterwards wouldn't be a big deal, but when you got to your next pump session, it would probably be anywhere from 30 minutes-1 hour.

Usually I only do an hour to an hour and a half. The donut was still there when I went to sleep, but not as bad. When I woke up the next day, I still had a bit of girth left over and the donut was almost completely gone.

You have to understand that nothing really happens until about 30-45 minutes, so supplementing the pump wouldn't really work.
