hey guys,
after a long break i got back to PEing 2 months ago and did a little experiment. in the first month i did my usual routine and on my off days i stretched for about 10 mins with basic stretches and tunica stretches.
in the second month i just did my routine without the off day stratches. needless to say that i gained less without the stretches (i gained about 0.5 c"m on the first month and 0.3 on the second). now i know that this data is marginal at best because i took a long break before getting back to PEing, so that might explain the added gains. anyway, i guess that the stretches helped.

by the way the point of this thread is not just to share my conclusion but also to open a debate about added stretches. anybody thinks that there is such a thing as too much stretches? now that the second month is over i'm starting the third- i'm thinking about adding alot more stretches. i was thinking about maybe 2 sets of 10 mins each everyday. opinions? anybody thinks this might be dangerous?

Stretches are straining to the tissue just as any other exercise, so basically you'll be messing up your recovery time if you stretch during off-days. Obviously what you did before wasn't too much because you gained, but I do believe the gains may stop if you add "alot more" stretches, so don't be surprised if that happens.

If you're still gaining, I'd suggest not to change anything. Never change the routine while gaining because there's a limit on max gains and you can't speed up things beyond that. Overtraining equals NO gains, so be careful not to mess it up.

i guess you're right bobo, "alot more" won't be a good idea, at least now while i'm still gaining. but i do think that i'll go back to stretching on my off days, like i did on the first month so i can establish for once and for all if added stretches cause you to gain more or if i gained more because of the break i took.

by the way, i'd also like to get as much opinions about a more length oriented routine. right now i'm only concerned about erect lenght, as my girth is bigger then my length. if anybody could spare a few pointers or slap some links here for me i'd really appriciate that.

I beleive the problem is usually because of stretching too hard rather then to long. I have had my penis at a stretch (1/16 above el) for 11 hours straight for day after day and had no problems at all and gained as well. When I 1st started hanging I hung for hours and hours a day and that was the best gains I ever got. You have to see how your penis reacts though. I notice that if my penis turtles after a workout then I did too much. The funny thing is the only time that has happened was during intense manual stretches and hanging pretty dam heavy NOT the 11 hour light stretches.

Edit: If you are gaining then don't change anything. Why would you want to do more if douing what you currently are doing is working? Wait until the gains stop and then change.

Damage means time off PE, delays in gains.

What is turtle neck by the way?:?

Is that the collection of loose skin under the head that appears to be more loose than when I started PE (I am cut, so there was'nt loose skin to start with). And the same thin skin that gets red from stretching some times?
