hey, newbie here, I am interested! :cool read lots of threads, both on exercises and results
Height 6'3
Weight 195lbs
BF 10min-12 max

My starting Length and Girth is as follows
Length 7.5
Width 5.25

My goal is

Length 7.75
Girth 6

100% of my focus I want girth more than anything.

I have looked at some links

This one has a chart that outlines, exercises and what they do length to girth and safe to danger.

I take it from this chart that Holds and Dry Jelqs are the best for girth with speed being slow, and a medium/tight grip but not at maximum erection because of injury. Is that correct?

Iv also looked at

so again my goal is 100% girth, no question about it.

wet jelqs with high erection strength will probably give you the best combination of safe + effective girth gains. You just need to make sure to not inentionally tug the penis when doing these jelqs. What you can do to make sure you don't tug/pull at the penis is perform the jelq with a twisting motion (twist the OK grip like you twist a cork when trying to open a bottle of wine). And use thick lube.

Good stats mate.

Note that width and circumference are two very different things, you must measure the circumference of your penis for girth stats. Make sure you get that right.

If you want to tackle only girth, give emphasis on dry jelqs and holds. Just be careful with holds, don't do them before you're well into your 3rd month of PE. Start off with a light wet/dry jelq routine. Concentrate on dry jelqs to begin with then add holds later on. Wet jelqs will also give you a bit of girth gain.

Good starting stats mate. Dont forget not to go too mad. Girth exercises are usualy intense and most arent meant for begginers. Wet jelqs should suffice for the 1st month. Listen to your cock, he'll let you know if he wants to be worked harder. Good luck!
