Grand return

Well mates, I'm returning to the PE game. Went out and bought a new IR lamp today, and look foward to the first session in a few minutes.

I think I'll start with the beginner routine if I can find it, but does anyone have any general tips for a rusty returner (I know the Cheekycherry forums are always evolving).

Just start off slow even though you aren't new. After that you know what to do.
