Ive just stumbled across these forums and this P.E makes interesting reading i am defo going 2 start but i hav been reading many many positive reviews of spam pills so i was just wondering what you ppl think abowt spam pills and p.e at the same time will this give maximum gains ?????

Dave, some people swear by pill, some people swear at them. I have done spam and spam pills. They might help some, but alone they don't do much. They will help with erections, but they WILL NOT give yo up to 3", that's just bullshit. Do the begginers routine and work your way up slowly with the intencitity of the excersices, don't try to get fast gains by doing crazy shit all that will do is hurt you.

The people here want to help you, you really need to mellow out, there is no reason to lash out at these guys, this is a forum, it's not a chat line, many people don't understand Acronyms and if your post looks good more people will respond and you will get more respect. DaVe, this can't be the first time that people have reacted to your typing in a negative manner. After being a member of countless forums, I have noticed the same thing every time I see somebody posting like you. Here are my observations:

1.) Most forum members will have to work harder to understand exactly what it is you are trying to say.

2.) Most of those forum members will be annoyed because it is perceived that THEY have to work harder to understand a post because the poster is too lazy to type properly.

3.) When somebody inevitably makes a comment expressing annoyance with the typing, the poster feels insulted and responds that their posts are "still legible, so why is anybody angry? After all, I have a right to post anyway I wish."

4.) NOBODY is ever annoyed with a poster for using proper spelling, puntuation and capitalization.

You asked for advice. This is mine: When you ask for advice from people, it would be best to not post in a manner that YOU KNOW will annoy some of the very people you are asking advice from.
