i'm no expert, but my guess is a few things;

1) An extended break
2) New exercises
3) New schedule
4) Play with your technique
5) Experiment, experiment, experiment.

Don't do Number 1 - you'll never start again. :x

I tend to agree with Spike. I took a break after seeing my gains slow down. Took almost a year to get beck into it.

I agree with Spike/Artee, it's been like 6 weeks now maybe even 7 who knows. But what i do know is that for the past two/three weeks i've been trying to get back in the groove, and i'am just too dam lasy now, i can't get started again. Fuck,fuck,fuck.. :x

There's one advantage in hitting a plateau:

It means you have gained. :P

so would like a 2 week break be sufficient?

Despite the fact that option #1 may turn out to be a (too) long break, I believe it's the best way to get Your dick to a state where it's healed enough and ready for more.

And...if you didnt return to your PE session after a break its your own fault, not the fault of some magical PE goddess.

I haven't PE'd for over an year now, and I have this theory... got good gains during my first three PE-months, and I'm hoping to get the same when I start all over again. Haven't lost any of my gains thanks to my short maintenance period a while after I stopped.
