Alright everybody, ive been here before researching, and am finally taking the plunge...

I have always had issues with my package being smaller than I would like, so i am taking the initiative to change that part of my body..

Stats:
5'8"
190lbs(solid, powerlifter)

Penile measurements(will get tomorrow)
erect length: 5.75"
Erect girth: 4.25"

I think I shall start with the basic newbie routine...
5 min warmup
5 min stretch in all directions
150 wet jelqs
5 minute warmdown

I will do kegels whenever I remember to, may get into doing a routine with them as well...

Goals:
7" length x 6" girth

Again, ill get measurements tomorrwo..

Few questions:
Did my first "workout" today and man is my penis sore, feels like a post-workout soreness from lifting weights, which I think is pretty freaking cool, I am assuming this is a good sign?

Workout schedule;
M-W-F

welcome to cc. did you say 5 minutes of streching in all directions.? as a nooby you need to do 30 sec. in each direction. maybe 2 reps. of that. that may be why you are sore. if your still sore on your next on day you might want to wait another day. good luck. don,t hurt yourself. just my 2 cents worth.:cheeky:

The soreness really shouldn't reach regular workout level soreness of muscles. I agree with Billy, you should really lower your stretches.

Sorry, need to elaborate, 5 minutes of stretching TOTAL..

30 seconds each way, and rotate it for 5 minutes...

How long you been doing it?

EDIT: Sorry, just noticed you've just started a day or two ago. Anyway, your measurements are nothing to be depressed about. That's more or less where I started off. But trust me, commit yourself with a decent routine and you will grow.

EDIT: Plus you could check out my diary to see what I did for 4 weeks to gain 1/3" in my first month, which propelled me over the 6" mark ;) Good luck whatever you do.

Sorry I'm a little late, but welcome to CC. :) I've been reading and you shouldn't feel really sore after a workout. Maybe you should start a little lower on the jelqs at maybe 100. See how that feels and if it feels better start working your way back up. Anyways keep motivated and have fun. :)

Okay I see you edited your routine, good start! What you could do is copy the whole of yur first post and start a journal to track your progress  Follow that routine 3 times a week for a month and you'll be a happier man :P

You might find that you don't get the same gains as other - - Even with a good routine. - there is a bit of luck, but the end result over time should be BIGGER.

Nice gains Susurrusk. :mrgreen

Alright guys, started a log, hopefully things go good, after doing my workout today I took a shower and looked in the mirror, looks pretty good pumped full of blood :)

Anyway, had one other question, which is going to be a opinion for most, what is the best exercise bar none for GIRTH.

Dry jelqs - but drys are more intense. I'd stick with the newbie routine for a month or so.

I've only tried drys and they were a little intense for me. From what I've heard however, holds are warholds are what you want for girth. But you gotta leave those for when your penis is more 'experienced'.
