Ok I've been away from PE'n for about 9 months dealing with life issues..Now I'm back to finish what I started..But now my question is..should i start from the begining or should start with a more moderate work out?

You should start right back at the beginning. You can always add intensity if you feel you can, but start out too heavy and your asking for an injury.

I'd advise starting at the beginning and adjusting your workout with each session until it feels 'right'. :wink:

Right now you are considered an educated newbie. If you start off heavy you will hurt something.

And you have alot to potentially hurt. Be smart my man you know when you can take it to the next level. Damn 9 inches, I am going to catch ya some day my man. Then I am going to grow pass you.:D What can I say I love PE'ing

Thanks for the respones brothers.i will start fresh..my pc muscle is stronger then when i started i would do them every morning it was already a habit..but i offically start sunday...wish me luck
