that would be really intense with a ring on i wouldnt suggest it. If you want just girth i would do a lot of dry jelqs, and holds.

i wouldn,t try any holds or drys yet. I would do a nooby routine for a couple of months,gradually increasing the reps up:wink: . its not going to do you any good to injure yourself.that means you will have no gains.:( the cock ring probably ain,t a good idea:roll:

I think that you COULD use the cock ring to do some extremely advanced exercises, but I would advise you to forget all about it for at least a year.

Honestly, in a year you can make big gains with relatively basic exercises, and it probably takes about that long to truly get your cock ready for any advanced routine you can dish at it.

Stick with the basics for now, throw some holds in after a few months, and forget all about clamping or cock ring jelqs for a year. Just my thoughts:o

I believe it was a cock ring, as in a finger ring, only a bit bigger :P My advice, just like the others is just o leave it out for now and use your hands. With a bit of luck you may even outgrow the ring and therfore would need to use your hands anyway. Best to learn right now
