Howdy.
I'd been cruising around PE sites always wondering if this stuff really worked, I tried halfassedly a few times but this time I'm determined to have a program and stick to it!

My girlfriend is overseas (and will be for another 10 weeks!) so I thought it'd be a nice coming home present to be larger.

My size at the moment.
6" long and 5 and a quater" round.

Increasing my length by one inch would be incredible! But some added girth would be awsome too.

My routine is.
Three one minute stretches each of, up down left right and straight up, followed by 200 jelqs. With some kegels and a warmdown after.
I'm thinking of 4 days on one day off.

What do you all think about my routine? C&C appreciated!

go easy on the stretches. Otherwise she will come home to a 6inch sponge.

Haha, righto, thanks. I'll tone them down to 30sec stretches perhaps?
I nicked that part from Synthetic's routine that I found. His gains were very appealing :)

how the hell did you find that? you sure ur a newb? in any case, be very careful. His routine is very dangerous and though it did wonders for some members, they were already quite experienced with PE.


Start easy with the newbie routine. Look in the beginners forum (its one of the top posts there). Consider adding lots of kegelling to any routine you do.

I researched a fair amount before I posted and have lurked here for some time (spooky, yes?) :)

The reason I initially thought of such an intense routine is that with my experience as an athlete, muscle (regardless of development) wouldn't damage itself in a harsh workout provided the technique was correct and there was a proper, extensive warmup/warmdown period.

I didn't however take into acount that penis was soft muscle, and with it being the only penis I've got I think it'd be best to tone it down to the newbie routine, or at least close enough to it.

I've been lazily exercising my kegel muscles for months, but including them in a daily routine could be good.

I hope to report back later with some gains and (more importantly) an intact penis!

That's too often in my opinion. It is important to heal between the sessions, and when PE'ing almost every day there's a big risk of overtraining -> no gains. Some do PE 5 on 2 off which isn't the best schedule either in my opinion, but even that gives more healing time than 4 on 1 off. After alot of experimenting I've found out that m-w-f works best for me, leaves enough healing time.

ive started 5 on 2 off, but with less intense/volume workouts. the idea is about 15 minutes high quality jelqs, or as im a slow jelqer in need of maintenense often it translates into about 225 jelqs at 4 seconds each. this makes sense to me because you break down the penis a little each time, small enough amounts so that healing/cell regrowth can take place all it will in the allowed 24 hour period. my reason for trying this is that even on a 3 day a week schedule i think that if you train hard enough to need everyother day off you exceed the max regeneration potential and if you do say only my 225 jelqs but with these days off you are not getting all the growth possible. does this make any sense? its all theoretical i know, trial and error for the most part. heres to bigger and better penises not matter what the methods :D

After I'd finished my exercises today I felt that my cock felt a lot healthier and my erection felt better. So I measured it and, well... My length was 6 and a quater (up from six) while I'd added eighth of an inch around...
It's probably mild swelling but it feels fine, and if the size gains continue at anywhere near this rate....

Keep in mind that your penis will look and feel larger after performing your exercises. This does not mean that it will be that way the next day and so forth.

I'm not trying to burst your bubble.
