Unlucky 13?

I put on about half a centimeter by about April, but have been static since. Perhaps I just pulled out half a centimeter of hidden stuff.
(Girth is going ok..)

The top ligament fully stretched allows my cock to measure 13cm - same as fully erect (ie half-way to blow). So it seems the ligament isn't stretching with PE.

Part of the problem may be I'm pulling too hard during stretches? I tend to bruise the tip every time, particularly with the UP-stretch.

I tend to be a shrinker not a show-er so maybe that's a nutural disadvantage. I might have to do lighter stretches more often.

Any ideas?

how long are you warming up for? how long are you holding your stretches? give us your routine so we can maybe help you out. don,t be discouraged.just be positive.:wink:

Dude, same problem with me. Someone on another forum told me that i have probably plateaued. It seems too soon for me to be plateauing considering i have only started in february. This past month i literally had NO gains. I had made such good starting gains too, so that was kinda a drag. Since i didn't have any signs that my penis has been overworked, i assumed that i did plateau. I am going to work my way up to 10 mins of stretching instead of 5 and add a few jelqs to my routine. My advice to you is to stick with it.

What happens is you get quick gains from you ligaments. All the next gains come from your tunica. Those gains take a lot longer but they WILL come. It is really just finding a way to get your next gains.

There is a possibility that you are overstretching (force wise). It has been said that if you stretch too hard you just strengthen your penis rather then stretch it out. This is really just a theory (from what I know) but it makes complete sense to me. There is a middle ground you want to find where its not too much but not too little.

I warm up 4 about 4 mins with a bottle.
40 ish seconds tight pull.

Makes sense.. I always thought overtraining was only relevant to jelqs not ligament stretches.
