I've read somewhere that some people cant gain for some reason due to genetics. I've been PE'ing for 7 months and if that is the case then I fear I am am within this group of people. :cry:

are you sure you are doing the excersises correctly? i used to do jelqs at about 15% erection for about a month, then i started doing them at a higher erection. once i did it at a higher erection, i started gaining. what is the routine you are doing?

15%? I can't even get it to that. I have to PE with porn cause I have no imagination, so it's always like 70 or more. I reccommend trying it with porn so long as you don't get too crazy.

If I think about some hot situation, all that happens is my brain kicks in and starts thinking about what I'd like to eat, funny shit, or other such garbage.

Edit: Also, Python, if you can't gain... maybe that's not such a bad thing. I think your stats would be pretty acceptable to a lot of people on here, myself definitely included. Unless the stats in your profile are cm... then, sorry brah.

warm up in shower
100 wet jelqs
warm down in shower

1 on 1 off

u have to do stretches.... I know I shouldn't have much say because I'm a newbie but if I were u I'd start all of and start with a more solid routine. Without those stretches u aren't stretching the tendons that restrict ur penis from reaching out further.

Here's the routine that I started with and I've already gained a quarter inch in length in 2 weeks.

7.5min warm up
5 way stretches 3 sets (30 sec each set) with heli shakes in between
100 wet jelqs
25 dry jelqs
shower for warm down
and make sure that throughout the day u get ur kegel workout in. I started doing 300 kegels a day.

I'm on a 1 on 1 off schedule.

try this for about 2 months and see if anything grows. Also make sure u'r doing everything correctly. Read some of the newbie guides if u haven't.

If you have been PEing for 7 months, you should be jelqing a lot more than 100. i would say somewhere around 300-400 jelqs. just do what shesgonnalaugh said, but add a few more jelqs in there. btw, don't start at 300-400 today, you gotta build yourself up to that amount. i think the rule of thumb is something like up it 50 every two weeks. but yeah, just do that and it should work for you. good luck my man!

P all you have to do like I said before is put the time into your routine, quality time and it will grow.
