For the ones who have rock hard erections from using pc muscle, how should I do these excercises? A few flexes a day, or do some flexes then take a day off etc. I want to be able to do these PC squeeses and still be able to get normal erections. In other words I don't wanna flex my pc muscle so much that I get weak erections for the rest of the day.
