now i know u have to get a really strong PC muscle to be able to shoot like a pornstar but my question is HOW do u do it? not the kegeling part but the actual 'explosion' Do u just masterbate like usual when ur cumming or do u do a special thing to shoot farther right as u climax? Performing Kegel Exercises:



There are many ways to perform kegel exercises but over the years, I've found a particular way that has been very effective without having to a lot unnecessary contracting. Focus on a few intense kegel exercises as opposed to a lot of less-intense kegel exercises.

During each contraction, squeeze your pc muscle until you begin to feel your anus contract. Keep contracting until you feel that a second group of anal muscles kick in just inside the first group. This second group of anal muscles are much more powerful than what you feel at first- and this is the key sign that your Kegel exercise contraction was a good one. You should almost feel like your anus is drawing in as if you could "suck" air with it. I know this sounds weird but this is what it feels like when you're doing them with force and intensity.



If you find the above kegel exercise method difficult( i.e. you're not feeling the strong contraction of that second anal muscle), then you'll have to to more Kegel exercise repetitions- like lifting lighter weights but doing more repetitions.



Daily Kegel exercise routine:


Intense Kegel Exercise Method: 10-30 once each day
Less-Intense Kegel Exercise Method: 20-40 twice each day


Do what you can. In the beginning you may not be able to do all of the recommended kegel exercise reps but focus on good form and you'll get there in time.



Note: You'll probably have a tendency to contract you abs...Focus is the key. Concentrate on contracting just the pc muscles...form is critical.



One quick side note! Performing intense kegel exercises right after ejaculation (when your pc muscle are tired) will dramatically strengthen and tone your pc muscles in record time!

i know how to do a kegel but how do u actually 'shoot farther' when ejaculating. do u just let it go like ur regularly masterbating and not mess with the pc muscle or do u tense the muscle while ur ejaculating etc etc? how does it work?
