Just wanted to know which type of exercise is best for enlarging the head of the penis or the meatus?

For now start with some dry jelqs just below the head and when you get a little more experience you can try some localized holds below the head. I think that it should grow proportionate to the rest of your cock so a good overall routine with wet jelqs should help it too.
