Greetings. I'm a new member to CC and new to PE as well. I am 20 years old and like everyone here am trying to make my schlong bigger.

I read through the tutorials provided on the site and they were of great help. My starting measurements are as follows:

BPFL 2.5 in
NBPFL 2 in
FG 3.75 in

BPEL 5 in
NBPEL 4.5 in
EG 4.5 in


I am shooting for a goal of 3.5" FL, 4.5" FG, 6.5" EL, 5.5" EG. Im hoping to be close to this within a year, should be possible with dedication. And of course if I gain more that would be awesome.

I also read of the techniques for edging as I have a bad problem with ejaculating too quickly, usually around 1 min after penetration. Not good in the least bit. I think my penis (which is circumsized) is way over sensitive which has a lot to do with that, but I'm sure PE will help with that as well.


I read through the beginners routine and put together this routine until I build up to an advanced routine. I'm trying to target both length and girth. I will also be making a diary to track results.

1. Hot wrap warm up, 5 min
2. 10 min of stretching - 30-sec per direction
3. Dry Jelqs - 200 total, 100 base to mid, 100 mid to head
3. Wet Jelqs (70-90% erect)- 200 full jelqs
4. 5 min stretches - 30-sec per direction with heli shakes
5. Hot wrap warm down and massage

This doesnt seem too intense, although I will know tonight when I begin. My biggest concern is keeping the required erection percent while doing the jelqs as I tend to either be fully erect or not at all. I may also at some point throw in a pump or something after a few months of PEing if I am not seeing desired results.

BTW I didnt locate (or recall) how erect you should be for the dry jelqs, can someone provide this??

Hi there & welcome to the boards.

I would say that your routine looks pretty intense for a complete newbie so I would be tempted to tone down the reps a bit to start with. You can always add more if you feel you need to but it is quite possible that, by starting out so heavy, you will be overtraining. If this happens (overtraining) you are unlikely to see any gains. To put it in perspective, I've been doing this for around 10 months now and I'm only just up to 200 wets when I'm doing a length routine (100-150 drys when working girth).

With regard to your sensitivity issue, I can totally relate. I too am cut and before I started I was lucky to last 5 -10 minutes. The good news is that just doing the exercises will help you there, as you will become more accustomed to touch for reasons other than sexual stimulation. It will adjust your mindset and that in turn will assist with keeping your erection levels right.

Hmm, okay I will tone down the jelqs to 75-100 of each, maybe less depending on how I feel. I definately dont want to over train or risk injuring myself, as that would be worse than living with a small dick IMO.

Sounds like an ambitious routine. Just see how your body responds and go from there. Nice to see a fellow Pennsylvanian on here, bro!

Go with how your body feels and step into it easy last thing you want is to hurt yourself in the beginning. I would cut the first bout of stretching to 5 minutes not 10 until you have a better idea of how you react to PE. Other than that it looks good and Kman's advice is right on. Goodluck mate.
