Ok Iv'e started doing kegals again, I squeese the pc muscle quite a few times noticing my erections are harder. However at some point when Iv'e squeesed the pc muscle my erection suddenly goes softer, and my erection starts to subside. More worrying is that later on when I get a hard on it's still quite weak. Im not joking I had to wait the next the morning to have my normal erection strengh back. Well I did start the pc squeesing in the evening last night. It's almost impossible to tell when my erection will go weak after squeesing the muscle. This only happens when I do kegals. Am I overworking the muscle? my pc muscle doesn't even get sore when my erection goes suddenly soft. Should I just do kegals when flacid? because doing kegals while erect seem to be difficult after a while. PS Seriously how do you all know kegals are safe and that there wont be any problems in years time. Surely if you squeese the pc mucle repeatedly it would get worn out and do damage. :?

How do you mean? I only started doing kegals (just the kegals ONLY) after a year or so. Surely I wouldn't need to have a break after a day. Sorry if I sound like a dumbshit.

the reason you get softer erections is because the PC muscle is exhausted, just like any muscle in the body that you work out. You may get softer erections for a week as the muscle heals. Harder erections don't come as soon as you start kegelling, they come from a developed PC muscle which takes time to get.

Of course that makes sence now, so what do you recommend I do with the kegals? Should I do some excersises every few days. How did or do you do you kegals exercises?
