hi, ive been trying pe on and off for about 3 years now and am getting really frustrated.

so far have seen no results of gains at all. have tried all sorts of routines with 5 on 2 off, m w f, different grips for jelqs different speed/erection level etc but after 3-4 months of a routine get fustrated when seeing no erect gains (not even 0.2 of an inch for example) and find flaccid gains hard to notice although haent really noticed those either.

i do all the proper warm ups warm down etc (10 mins warmup) so i am really struggling to see what i am possibly doing wrong as so many people seem to get flaccid/erect gains or at least notice that something may be working within 4 months whilst i never do,

any advice would be much appreciated

You've been doing this on and off for 3 years and you have 9 posts? WTF? Man why haven't you been asking questions in the past and trying to get yourself hooked up before now?

While hugh raises a good point about why you haven't asked questions before, let's just assume that you're starting now.

The first thing you should do is tell us EXACTLY what your routine is right now. While you wait for replies, I suggest you go review the videos/pics on this website to ensure that you're doing it properly.

After we get an idea of your workout, perhaps we'll have a clue. Although to be perfectly honest, it seems as if some people (a very small number) don't gain. I hope you're not in that group, but there are a few posters here that claim to have no gained and I believe them.

I hate to call someone a liar but I doubt you have really done pe RIGHT for 3 years and had 0 gains. I have been around pe for more then 2 years but I would never go as far as saying I have done pe for that long because it was always on and off and truthfully only hase been serious for less then a year. Like officespace said post exactly what you did in the best detail you can. After that we can help you out.

ok in response to the questions i meant to say 2 years and its not solid its on and off so sorry if it appeared like i said that. I bought the guide for penis advantage when i was about 19 (now 22), and carried out the routine suggested on it (5 on 2 off) routine of streching and jelqs which i carried on for about 8-9 months before losing commitment because saw no gains in length or girth.

gave up for a few months then retried the so called hard gainers course which is about 3 months and still saw no gains and then gave up for about a month before trying the godma routine for similar period (3 months or so) with no results so gave up again.

I only discovered this site about 5 months ago and after reading all the stuff on it and thought my technique was probably wrong so i tried really concentrating on that and doing m w f routine and doing proper warmups.

now doing m w f routine with 10 mins warm up 30 seconds stretching in each direction up left right down and then 250 to 300 wet jelqs each jelq about 3 seconds long.

been doin this for 3 months seeing still no gains. it feels engorged and stuff after a workout like its done something but still seen no erect gains in length.

What are you looking for girth or length?

well both really at the moment stats are about 6.5 bpel and 4.5 girth pretty poor

I would not call anything over 6 inches poor. Just not your ideal size, which is ok not to be satisfied. Others on here including myself are not satisfied with more. Good luck in your quest for the big dong

As for length I would try hanging or ads. For girth I would try clamping. For ads the only thing I would recommend would be a vacuum device or this new device that I saw that is less of a stretch but is ment to wear pretty much all the time. It actually covers the whole penis except the head and its very interesting. I hang and do ads with a vacuum device. It has been working for me and if you have any other questions check out my diary because there is a good amount of information in it. I have never tried clamping but when I start girth it will be part of my routine.
