Hey fellas, how is everyone doing? Ok got a couple questions for you guys. I used to PE a while back(about 2 years ago). I was pretty consistent with it for about a year almost and saw barely if any results. I've done my research and they say that IF someone can enlarge their penis its with Jelqing exercises. Well I'm back and I want to do what I couldn't before. I want to make my penis longer and wider.
For someone coming back into this, is there anything you can suggest for me as far as exercises, schedule, intensity, etc goes. I'm 21, single, virgin, and my stats are horrible... 5.75x4.50 I think.
I'm ready this time.

Have you tried the newbie routine? It's something like:
M/W/F:
- 5 min warmup
- 5 min stretches
- 150 wet jelqs
- 5 min warmdown
Add 25 wet jelqs every week or so, up to about 250. Do kegels as well.

Yeah, start with a beginner routine because it's been two years since you PE'd which means you must start like you never PE'd. Take it slow and easy so your dick can get used to the strain once again.
Also, re-think your technique because if you didn't gain in one year of PE'ing, you did something wrong. So don't repeat the same mistake, re-think your technique and change everything.
Your stats aren't horrible man, you have average stats. But the good news are: if you want to get bigger, you can get bigger. This shit really works, and if you re-think your technique you can gain too.
Welcome to the board, Sir! :cheeky:

I agree with Bobo, your stats are average, not horrible.
Exercises, Start with a beginners routine, Though Pro's (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=31) routine is still the best around. also, check out the Beginner's Guide (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=21)
Shedule, stick to Mon, Wed, Fri and weekends off for the time being.
Intensity, right... this one you'll have to judge by yourself. Basically what you have to do is to move enough blood inside your shaft to engorge the glans as you move up with the jelq stroke. That's the best advice I can give you. Once you're a month or so into it you'll know what is too tight or too loose.
Welcome aboard. :cool

Hachi, tell us a little bit more about that year of PE. Some info about your routine, lifestyle, intensity etc would be helpful in discovering what you did wrong.

Ok well I guess I will have to start all over, which isn't a problem for me. If that is what it takes to get back into this then I am ready for it. Thanx for all the help fellas.
In my one year or so of Pe'ing a lot of things happened. My normal routine after getting through the begginers routine was at once up to 400 wet jelqs, or 200 wet 200 dry, with 5 10second holds. I tried a routine for about a month then switched b/c it didnt really work at all. Then I tried to squeeze harder, and I actually bled from my penis hole once so I stopped after that for a while. Then got back into it and tried doing just dry jelqs and again nothing. So I just stopped. Not sure if my eating or exercise habits affected it(im sure it did), and at that time I was a tobacco smoker.
So I'm on a quest to better my life and body for all the right reasons and I want pe'ing with results in my life.

I think you might have been overtraining. Take it easier this time.

Oh and another question. Do penis pumps help? Like would it be a bad idea to get one while I was pe'ing

Penis pumps help with engorging the penis at the time of sex or masturbating other then that not really. :cool

There's a clue here Hachi, you should always stick to 1 routine for at least 3 months before switching. Allow much more time with one set before changing, otherwise you'll never be able to detect which one works and which doesn't.

LIM = Less Is More. What that means is, you shouldn't do too intense routines or you won't heal enough between the sessions and you'll only be ripping the old wounds open. Overtraining equals no gains, so you should really take it easier.
Less pressure only if there's something wrong with your technique (remember: no pain is allowed). If your technique is good then do less reps. It's worth trying out because what you did before definately didn't work.
