How's it going guys? I luckily found this awesome site about 5 days ago,for I have been researching about penis growth for a long time. I have done my reading and such and I've decided on what my starting exercises will be. But first, let me tell all of you a bit about my self. I recently turned 18, and am a senior in a small town in Oklahoma. I'm really self-conscious about my penis, and I think it's time for me to do something about it. Currently my goal is 7x5.5. Here are my current stats: (BTW: These are non BP)
Flacid: PL: 10.5cm, 4.10 in
G: 10cm 3.95 in
Erect: PL:15.5cm 6.00 in
G:12.1cm 4.8in
I was looking around on the old forums and found: http://www.cheekycherry.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5706 I figured I would do this for around a month, then switch to Godma's routine. If anyone has any input please let me know. Let the training begin!! :o

Anyways, I just finished my first excersise of PE'ing! The excersise went good I believe. While I was pe'ing I noticed how full my penis looked. The veins were poping out, it was really red compared to other parts of my body.. I suppose thats from the hot wrap and such. I do have a question though, hopefully someone can answer me. Is there another way to hotwrap? I found it somewhat difficult to stretch because after I finished hot wrapping my penis, it wasn't erect.. but it wasn't completely flaccid. I didn't have this problem while i was jelqing however. Anyways I felt good after I finished , and I hope that I can gain an inch!

Well I just finished my second excersise. It didn't go as good as the first one, so i have some questions.. Is it okay for me to warm up by letting warm water from my shower hit my penis? Or do I have to hotwrap it? Also, when I do stretches I am supposed to be completely flacicd when I begin and when I end? Before I stretched I was flaccid, but soon after I started I became.. not hard, but i wasn't completely flaccid. All in all I would say everything is going good so far. I'm not really sure if I'm doing everything right, but i suppose time will tell.

Welcome mate, your starting stats arent bad at all, no need to be too self-concious there.
Shower warm ups are fine, basically anything to encourage blood flow in your penis is a warm up (bar maybe sticking it under the grill or something :D ), i do my whole routine in the shower so go for it.
Stretches are meant to be done flaccid though i think most get a bit excited when they first start to PE, if you get too erect then just stop stretching for a bit until you go down, hey atleast that way you know you've had a good warm up!

Hehe, thanks for the reply guys. I did another excersise today, but I warmed up by taking a bath. Seemed to work, but besides that everything went good, however I am still having the same problem with stretching. I'm hoping that my penis will stop going semi-erect during stretching soon.. That's the only problem I am having though. Everything else is good.
