I've been part of this community for over 3 years and my gains are meagre to say the least (1.8 cm EL and 1.0 cm EG since starting October 2003). Not because I'm such an hard gainer. No, its because I got destracted from PE due to other shit in my life. When you get sucked to the other, dark side of life, PE often can seem futile. Ofcourse, a large dick is not really that important in the grand scheme of things, but its still nice to have one. Now, that I've seen light at the end of the tunnel, I wish I just had done my PE routine faithfully over the years, then my years of pain would have atleast yielded one good thing.
And thats what this diary is all about. What if I could combine PE and meditation? Combining the 'perverted act' of enlarging my dick with spiritual growth. I see a couple advantages to this approach:
1) It would have all the benefits of normal meditation;
2) My PE sessions would be more effective because of the increased concentration;
3) The urge to quit PE when times of struggle come would be much less because PE could actually help me with those struggles.
ROUTINE:
5 min: Warm-up using a hot wash-cloth
5 min: Stretching in all directions. 30 sec. per stretch, helishakes in between
2 min: Waterwell stretch
15 min: Wet Jelqing
2 min: Holds, 20 sec. each
5 min: Warm-down
STARTING MEASUREMENTS: March 1, 2007
BPEL: 165 mm - 6.5"
EG: 126 mm - 5.0"
MEASUREMENTS 1: March 31, 2007
BPEL: 170 mm - 6.7"
EG: 122 mm - 4.8"
Week 1: Thoughts and Musings
I will try to deepen my approach as I go further in my PE journey but for the first few session I will focus on Deep Breathing and Visualization techniques.
During my warm-up, which is done with a warm wash-cloth, I use deep breathing to relax myself and shut off the outside world. During my stretches I try to relax every muscle in my body and visualize my ligaments getting longer and longer.
